Planning

For our final major project, the game trailer, our team have designed a final story board, this is a mixture of all of our first designs which we did independently. As the team leader I then called together my team, we had a meeting and assigned different scenes which we would be singularly responsible for. As we all know what we need to do, the team has set out to create and design everything needed in order for their scenes to be completed. Once all of the scenes are sufficiently completed we will then begin the editing of the video and hopefully have a final trailer!

My Team

During development I have been in charge of my team, this means I have had to keep everyone in my team happy. To keep them happy I have had to have meetings with them and regularly talk to all of them to ensure each member knows what they are doing. When a certain member of my team needs help I will try an provide support, for example one member couldn't render their work in the correct resolution and I helped them to do this. Once I have spoken to everyone and we have all agreed on what we are doing sometimes I need to give a member of the team guidance to stay on task.

During our development time myself and all of the team members will look at and review each others work, this will help us improve what we have done and also having the opinions of others while you are working is extremely helpful in personal development.

Team Merchandise

Our team has been creating some team merchandise for our showcase, this will be in the form of T-Shirts and posters, mugs and key chains. For monetary reasons we will only be getting the T-Shirts printed and the wallpaper designed, on the day of the showcase we will all be wearing our “42” T-shirts, which have been designed by me, and the computers showing the work we have produced will have the teams wallpaper installed on.
